Happiness Insurance Inc. offers vacation membership programs that provide access to discounted or prepaid vacation stays at participating properties.

All program features, pricing, benefits, and availability are subject to the specific Membership Terms & Conditions provided at enrollment and may change from time to time.

3. AVAILABILITY & TRAVEL SERVICES

Vacation stays, destinations, and accommodations are subject to availability and may vary based on:

Participating properties

Supplier inventory

No fixed blackout dates apply; bookings are subject to availability.

Happiness Insurance Inc. does not own or operate hotels or resorts and relies on third-party providers.

4. BOOKINGS & CONCIERGE SERVICES

Our concierge service assists Members with planning and booking travel experiences.

While we may assist in securing preferred accommodations or upgrades, all room assignments and upgrades are determined by the accommodation provider and are not guaranteed.

5. PRICING & SAVINGS REPRESENTATIONS

Any pricing examples, savings comparisons, or third-party references (including online travel agencies) are:

6. CANCELLATION & LODGING CREDIT POLICY

Members may cancel their membership at any time by providing written notice.

Upon cancellation, the Member will receive a travel credit equal to one hundred percent (100%) of all amounts paid, less the value of any vacation stays already used or reserved prior to cancellation.

Such credit:

May be used toward future vacation stays offered through the Company

Has no cash value and is not redeemable for cash

Is subject to booking procedures, availability, and applicable program terms

May be subject to reasonable usage limitations or expiration periods disclosed at the time of cancellation

The Company may establish reasonable administrative procedures governing the use of such credit, provided that the full value remains available for future travel use.

7. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

Unless canceled, memberships renew on a month-to-month basis at the then-current rate.

Members may cancel at any time prior to the next billing date in accordance with the Cancellation & Lodging Credit Policy.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website—including text, design, graphics, logos, and images—is owned by or licensed to Happiness Insurance Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.
